This website is owned and run by Cheerie, the creative business of Joanna (Jo) Cheer.

The website is here to share Jo’s artwork, creative work, services and general information. Every effort is made to keep the information accurate and up to date, although things may occasionally change or inadvertently contain an error.

Jo may occasionally update, change or remove content from the website.

Any original handprinted mounted prints offered for sale are designed, made and finished by Jo. As they are handprinted, each print may have small differences in colour, texture, registration or finish. These are part of the character of a handprinted artwork and should not be considered faults.

For all products every effort is made to show the artwork and colours as accurately as possible on the website, but colours may appear slightly different depending on the screen or device being used.

Commissions

Any commissioned work undertaken by Jo will have its own separate terms and conditions. These will be discussed and agreed with the client before the commission begins and may cover matters including payment, timescales, revisions, delivery, cancellation and intellectual property rights ( e.g. copyright, reproduction and permitted use).

These separate commission terms will apply specifically to the individual commission.

Other Websites

The website may occasionally include links to other websites or services. Jo is not responsible for the content or availability of those websites.

Intellectual Property & Licensing

Unless stated otherwise, all artwork, photographs, images, designs, writing, branding and other creative work on this website belongs to Joanna (Jo) Cheer, Cheerie.

The work is available to view on this website for personal enjoyment, but viewing it does not give permission to copy, reproduce, alter, publish, sell or use artwork, photographs, images, writing and other creative content elsewhere without permission from Jo Cheer.

Visitors are welcome to share links to the website or Jo’s Instagram pages. This does not give permission to download, repost or reproduce the artwork or content itself.

Buying an original artwork or handprinted mounted print does not transfer the copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer. Copyright remains with Joanna (Jo) Cheer “Cheerie’ unless this has been specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

Requests to license, reproduce or otherwise use Jo Cheer’s work are always welcome and can be discussed with Jo. Any permission or licence will be agreed separately in writing.

Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights a customer may have under UK law.
